March 13-14: Alone

It is so much harder to do things alone. I have witnessed that many times this weekend, and I have become more and more grateful for all of my friends and support.

I have witnessed a friend go from being alone and unprepared to being surrounded by friends and strangers encouraging her and giving her what she needed even through sacrifice. On the other hand, I have also witnessed someone being weighted down by stress and responsibility that she is forced to manage alone.

Through teamwork, both on the receiving and giving ends, we can be successful and enjoy the journey. When we isolate ourselves and refuse help, success becomes much more difficult and strenuous to obtain.
