April 11: Take It Easy

The English boys have arrived. We are hosting two 12-year-old boys from the Canterbury Cathedral Choir at our house this weekend. Until 5pm today, we scrammed to complete our spring cleaning in preparation, but when the boys arrived, the house was calm. The boys are easily pleased and rushing does not exist anymore; they enjoy their time. I think that's important and a lesson worth learning. When we rush around all the time, we miss the enjoyment of the passing time. In other words, by packing in a bunch of stuff, we take away the value of each moment. 

All that to say, make the most of your time. Enjoy each and every one of God's blessings.
