When I walk my dog, Harmony, she prances along in whatever direction we are headed, but right when I say "let's go" and turn around to head home, she gets so excited and starts bouncing even more quickly as we head home.
When God calls you home, what's your reaction? This can be interpreted in two ways with "home" meaning heaven, away from the Earth, and "home" meaning the life God calls us to live, away from sing.
Heading home after a long and tiring walk is appealing. Whether the walk has been a journey away from God or a walk with Him, heading home is something worth being excited about, right? All of God's commands are worth getting excited about! He has a purpose for us, so when he commands us to turn around (whether going home or just another destination), we, like Harmony, should walk by his side excitedly!
