September 2: A Hard Day Made Better

It's not easy to lose someone, anyone. In fact, it's hard, especially when she is a child. But, if anything good can come from grief, it's an appreciation for the people who are there to support you. God has shown many of us today that he has put people into our lives for a reason, and though it's painful to see them leave at a time we consider too early, it's only because of the moments we were able to spend with them. I am so grateful for everyone at my church and for the network of support surrounding the Paris family.
